What this site holds

This policy covers

The public website. It does not turn the private family workbook into a consumer app. Access to the vault is by invitation.

What the public site holds

• Names and life dates of deceased people, where we have them.
• Relationships already in the vault.
• Stories, pictures, and film chosen for publication.
• The open identity conflict (C-001) in public language.
• First names of some living people, without dates of birth.

What it does not hold

• Living dates of birth.
• Email, phone, or home address.
• Passports or scans of living people.
• Medical or genetic information.
• Payment details. There is no shop.

What we do not do

We do not sell family data. We do not run ads against this site. We do not hand living dates to other genealogy companies. A limited pack of deceased public facts may go to a named researcher (including Tim Knight, Seattle) under the same living-date rule.

Children

People under 18 are not given a public date of birth, school, or address. A first name appears only with a parent’s or guardian’s agreement.

Your asks

Family may ask for a correction, removal of a living detail, a certificate kept off the site, or a birth family named or withheld. Write simon@konduct.au. Others may read what is published. They may not scrape the site for a commercial tree.
